      They would if you used a larger size but the 2 x 10 will fit straight in

      I know years behind the times, but what isotopes fit the spools? Nothing seems to fit and show through all 3 holes.

      Drennan super specialist 2.5mmx 15mm do the job mate. You'll still need to glue them in place though obviously.

      there desighned to take the flexi glo lights dont know what size but they are the ones that only last 24 hours and they fit in and they bend round tghe shape of the spool

      I wasn't actually asking 'Who see's the point in them' I was wondering why Daiwa had designed a reel, that is a top seller with what they call isotope holes when there doesn't appear to be one that fits. Most tackle companies either design their products around 'betalight' products or get a special making.

      The swim looks like a rave everytime you get a run! i only wanted them as my reels have slots for them

      Basias are designed for beach fishing where you dont use alarms , so the disposable starlights provide visual indication .
