I've moved to London, living in Canary Wharf and looking for a winter water / Winter ticket within a hours drive max. Preferably on the Essex side but happy to travel to Kent of required.

Crow Green in Brentwood, Essex; Berners Hall in Fyfield, Essex; Stanford Rivers Fishery in Ongar, Essex.
All have their websites. All have carp to upper 30s.

Walthamstow would be the closest, Chelmsford Angling have some good winter waters probably about 90 mins from you though
Bayeswater day ticket lake has good winter form
