Fox do a PVA bag with a plastic loader and ring the do them in 55mm by 120mm so pretty close to what you are after. I’m been using them for a few years now and more than happy with them, albeit in a different size.

I found the fox system is good, but the bags taste foul, and are very thin. They have an acrid bitter taste. I have some of the PVA Bag Company extra thick bags from some time ago, which are excellent, but i have yet to find anything available now comparable in terms of strength. I'd be interested if anyone knows of a strong pva bag that won't burst on impact with the water.

Korda ones are quite thick I use the xs ones just round the hook bait or the fox ones for sticking the whole rig/lead in and never had a problem with splitting

The korda ones are very tough. I use the xs size and put the whole rig & lead in. You can be really rough with them and they don't split.
