Default new nash strawberry oil palatant

Not many things get me excited these day about fishing but ive just found out that nashy has started selling this stuff again. I used to use it back in the late 1990's to devastating effect and was gutted when I couldn't get hold of it anymore.

Is this the original recipe or has it been altered in any way?

    I dont know...

But...like most...well everything...all flavours...they get put back on shelves and are unfortunately a shadow of their former selves.
I used the strawberry from time to time myself...but i fear its not the original recipe.

I believe John Bakers Flavours are as good of not better as they where 20 years ago. His Stawberry was superb then as it is now.

Nash Big Strawberry with Strawberry Oil Palatant was my favourite winter hookbait bait early 90's. Guaranteed success on the river!

My advice is to give Nash a call and ask to speak to Gary, he will simply tell you the truth either way.

Snap. I used to add this combo added to his strawberry basemix. It Would take days for the red to go from hand rolling a batch. Would love to know the make up of the basemix.

I just found an old Nashy catalogue from 1996 and still have the recipe underlined for the strawberry amber attract mix

If you boys are fans of the Strawberry Oil Palatant, keep your eyes peeled for the new strawberry bait to be released soon.
