    Default A Short Film

Couldn't find the old thread so starting a new one.

Carp angling resumes so thought I'd post up a link to a little film I made recently.

Another short one for you. Angling has been a touch thin on the ground recently.

Shave the beard off and stop buying your clothes at county shows and you'd look 10 years younger.
Are you gonna bark all day, little doggy, or are you gonna bite?

Its (first vid) smack bang next to an A road and a McDonald's in Gosport/Portsmouth. Not exactly Redmire. Some lovely bird pic's though.

Stuart, having met Chris Yates a number of times by the pond in Tollard Royal i know for a fact he would not have worn the footwear you sport in the second video, you'r slipping.

The moat is very close to busy main roads, not a macdonalds nearby but I get what you mean. And I think that's what makes it so extra special. Although it's so close to urban civilisation, once your beside the water you're immediately transformed to somewhere peaceful and quiet. I think the steep banks help to deaden the sound of the roads etc. There are deer, goats, kingfishers, herons, stunning carp, unbelievable crucians and delightful tench. It may not be the Redmire, but I like to think of it as my Redmire.

Stu, you don't need me to tell you. It's how you enjoy your angling and to the heck with anyone else mate.

Whilst it isn't my cuppa tea I do enjoy your videos, couldn't see myself donning the attire though, but I do use a Kelly kettle from time to time
Maybe its because i'm a londoner
