    Default Carp Fishing

Hi I live in Canary Islands, I do some carp fishing in gran canaria now and then.

Im coming back to london/essex next month and I want to do some night fishing say 1 or 2 nights.

my pb is 25lb so I would like to fish in a lake where there are low and high 20s if 30s 40s etc the better

So can anyone could recommend any lakes around waltham abbey area not lake john or holyfield, cheers.

No night fishing at Walthamstow ressies next month. The Only day ticket places I can think of where you can night fish in the area you mention are Stock pit and The Banjo at Stanstead Abbotts with fish to mid/upper twenties and Stanborough lake which I think has a thirty or two. The Lea valley isn't prolific for day ticket fishing.

It's mostly, clubs and syndicates etc.

Parr Fisheries back lake, or Churchwood Fisheries nr Brentwood, you might struggle to get booked in at the weekend, weekdays may be easier, both safe enough, google for contact details

Stock pit and Banjo are fine. I can't vouch for Stanborough, I've never been there,

    stanborough........!!!

stay been there a few times and had a few...but some silly rules...one for one and another for another sort of thing..bailiffs stitching up best pegs.
cant put ANY bait out,not allowed certain baits either.

you can night fish it now,but then the car parks a mare as lots get broken into.....

    gets busy as hell too

swims in some parts are like 5 yards apart....and someone WILL set up next to you

also...if your catching...you will no doubt get 30 leads chucked onto yours..

    up to you mate
thank your mother for the rabbits...

I'd go with either of these two.

Could try Brooke Lake on Carthagena Fisheries. Not sure if its still day ticket but give Jerry Hammond a call and he'll tell you whats what. Very secure and in Broxbourne/Nazing
If it flies, floats or F***s, its cheaper to rent than buy

It's no longer day ticket, it went syndicate last year.
