Any news on what the state of play is. Still can't find any info on whether fishing is available for the coming.

    Cheers,

Still no news. The lake is only being fished by old Cemex Golds ticket holders (till the end of May) and the chosen few!!!!!! Not sure how they will sell tickets at 500 if they every get rights to the whole lake as nothing can be done about its open nature and the problems that, that causes. What a waste of a fantastic lake......

I am obviously really stupid but who is JM!? PM welcome

I have made and Enquiry with AA and it seems they are still no clearer. Real shame, i'd love a proper crack at this place. TBH even if I don't get to fish it, I just hoped the place isn't a) wasted or b) turned into a circus and ruined
We've lost too many cracking waters recently

    As ive been told....
AA are allowing their members to fish round to the shallows and their bailiffs are patrolling the whole lake, but they have no right to do so from JM and are chancing their arm....
They have sold more tickets than they said they would.
They will never get the rights to the rest of the lake.

What i know for sure is that it is being poached by a few, and that a few locals who personally know JM have permission to fish.

Its Stu I feel for Piers. Not much fishing done the last year, now he's got the chance he's faced with an uncertain future.

I've always said it would be one of the greatest moments in carp fishing history when she finally goes in his net.

Anyone got anymore info on where the fishing is going for Burghfield, looks like fishing is happening all over the pit as I spotted a few anglers dotted about the place. If someone could point me In the right direction on who the point of contact is, it would be appreciated..
