liquidised bread and a good pinch of natural rock salt, don`t listen to the guff, that`s all that`s required.

i have done well with bread crumb, dead maggots and ground up csl pellets. all tightly squeezed into a small pva bag which then explodes around the bait. i will be using this tonight!

Use one loaf of white and one loaf of wholemeal (cheap Kingsmill as fresh as possible) and liquidise it in a food blender. If you include the crusts you will get a better effect in weed, the only trouble is, the bread stick will initially float so you might find it more beneficial to cast them into position for more accurate baiting. When I used it on The Brook I added a small amount of crushed chilli's, a small tin of Jolly Green Giant (dried as best I could so that it didn't melt the PVA and a pint of fresh casters. It's a brilliant method on the right water, beware though if your water contains a lot of bream and roach etc, they absolutely love it also so might drive you mad. Be lucky.

Well you've got a good memory, that must be a good fifteen+ years ago I'm 31 soon!! To be honest haven't seen him for years lee, we fell out a bit but I will always have fond memories of the fishing we did together and the buzz of those early shows... And your bass playing obviously!

I found beer, cars and girls like my dad and all his mates said I would, but am returning to it with a passion! Anyway, ill stop clogging this chaps thread up with sentimentality, take.care and all the best,

      Ben
