thought shaun harrisons article was bordering on the humourous - especially the bit on why he was using Sticky Baits pellets instead of nash baits. LOL. The plugging was pretty funny as well and the constant comments re his 'different' approaches to fishing were some of the best yet.

liked fudgies piece though - great to read how he kept feeding that spot for what seemed like years. brilliant read.

great article best in carp world for time

Thanks lads, very encouraging. Writing it was sort of re living the moment, which made it easy to write.

I have hundreds of Carp mags in my room which I sort of rotate, probably read each one ten times. The articles I have always enjoyed have been the stories of a particular lake, or capture of a target fish. Am just glad mine read okay, thanks again.

Good article - did the cameraman who took your rig placement pics tread all over your spot or have you got one of those new-fangled wireless pole cams?

just finished reading the article in question,i always get a touch of inspiration when i read anything about yateley and its big fat kippers
mr fudge i take my hat off to you, that rates as one of the greatest pieces i have read in any mag in a very long time.
