Few mates of mine been on there and done well, fish to 30+. Dodgy bank access so a lot of boat work involved.

Not that difficult by all accounts, stockies have piled it on apparently, i'm sure some have done 30 or are knocking on the door!!

Location: Driving into Chichester along the motor way with Arundel / Brighton on your back, Pompey infront of you, as you come into Chichester Westhampnet is the massive lake on your right immediately before you get to the first roundabout. You cant miss it with sunken trees in one end, gravel all over the place. Cracking lake.

Contact: Owner of the fishing bag Nigel Brooks should be able to help, look for his details here:

www.thefishingbag.com (http://www.thefishingbag.com)

Hope this helps.

its very deep. this bloke from selsey built a yellow submarine at home, took it down there, local tele was there filming it all plus the ginger bloke with glasses of blue peter (late 80s)was there, anyway out he went in his sub, then started to dive, down he went in a mass of bubbles....... next thing one hour later there was the coast guard helicopter hovering above.......out droped the divers to bring this fella up... well shaken he was. did i laugh. nutter!!!.... imagine what the carp thought??????????

any way if you join this place fish the snags in the corner (if you dare) you can get your car down to the swim too. saw a fish come out the water there one night.. i called it the mermaid!!
hope rmc get the place and turn it into a good day ticket water..
if you get snagged in the middle its probably the sub http://www.rmcangling.co.uk/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif http://www.rmcangling.co.uk/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif
