has this come into force nation wide now or are there still tackle shops selling them at the original prices???? i did think they were good value, especially for someone who cant store up nice amounts of ready cooked particles, but at £8.99 for a tub of the chopped tigers, a near 30% increase in price!!!! have they put up the price of the source as well???

Is £21 about right for two kilos of the source readymades 10mm. Dont use them myself but thought that it was a bit steep considering the bait was suppose to be cheaper than other boilies - Mainline etc..

Did'nt think Jim had taken his mass baiting of particles to that extreme yet http://www.rmcangling.co.uk/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif http://www.rmcangling.co.uk/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif

No, that doesn't sound right. I think they are only £8 a kilo in my tackle shop.

Although dynamite bait is relatively new to the carp scene, they have been running for over five years. In this time there prices have never increased, most tackle and bait firm prices rise every year, although a 30% rise seems quite steep.
As for the boilies, that price sounds quite high, but the 10mm are slightly more expensive.

I thought that price sounded a bit high initially but i paid around £42 for a 5 kilo bag of 10mm's last month. So it does sound about right, aren't they 2.5kilo bags?

Yeah think they are 2.5 Kilo bags Ben..

The point is with the Dynamite baits is that they were suppose available at Realistic prices, i.e. cheaper than there competitors. However they are extremely popular so the bait is being sold

a) higher than than there rrp meaning tackle shops are taking the http://www.rmcangling.co.uk/forum/images/graemlins/frown.gif http://www.rmcangling.co.uk/forum/images/graemlins/frown.gif
b) Or dynamite are selling them for more by rising the prices coz they know they will get it..

Either way its a bloody good bait and it seems to be catching everywhere it goes

Just wondering if RMC can negotiate a discount for Dynamite products to RMC members......hundreds of members 15-20% discount...everybody would benefit especially Dynamite.

Now how does it feel to be caught?

Most baits and tackle are made to catch anglers.....Not fish!!!!

Good ploy though.......Market a bait.......Pitch the price right.......Get a big name to bag up on it(but he did on all the previous ones)..........Make the bait "The lastest must have"......"Fashion statement"..........

Put the price up and reel em in.......

kind regards Jeff

The reason for putting the prices up is simple, there are so many people on a free deal. They order lots of the stuff and are selling it one to make their petrol and beer money. The named anglers do not tell you its the best bait for free........i'm thinking at least £5,000 up to maybe £20,000 for the top one.....dam that's alot of hemp and ground bait to get that lot back!!!!! Now the particle was a great idea and I am sure it will still sell loads but think of the up-roar when the price of petrol goes up!!!!!!! and by a £1 as well................ So next you but a jar of hemp, if you do buy it as most I know get the stuff for nothing, think of reason the price has gone up and take the advise of others and do it yourself. http://www.rmcangling.co.uk/forum/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Just look at the big name anglers Dynamite have on board at the mo. It reads like the who's who of carp fishing, and they have all got to be paid their wages. If the figures that have been posted up here are anywhere near the mark then just think how much bait has to be sold before a profit is seen.

What a load of bollox - most the TOP anglers cannot reasonably be expected to give praise to the bait (boilies and particles) if they dont like the stuff...money or no money .......

That would be imoral.....

The particles are excellent quality and CONVENIENT (which is what you r paying for)

The boilies - well if Heather likes em.....I dont need to whitter further.....

Makes me laugh
