just take a small bag with bits, six foot stalker rod, mat and a few other bits and wander round all day, you see things you wouldnt behind buzzers, so while the fair weather boys are sitting there.......go and stalk em out!!...most satisfying!

Hmmm, the stress and trauma of trying to get a swim or move swims on the CP, pulling your hair out, nightmare.

Bit like a game of human chess, queen bashes bishop http://www.rmcangling.co.uk/forum/images/graemlins/blush.gif

what have I let myself in for, roll on the winter when you've got next to no chance of a run http://www.rmcangling.co.uk/forum/images/graemlins/confused.gif

I don't mind it so much because I like to fish where the people aren't and when there is no one there, I get all confused as to where to fish. http://www.rmcangling.co.uk/forum/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

If you've got a CP ticket, you will have to wait until May to get confused then, and for the first few months if you want to fish where people aren't, that will be the Split or North Lake http://www.rmcangling.co.uk/forum/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

There already out in force on the lakes I fish. Turned up and the car park was overflowing with people I hadn't seen all winter. Luckily found a nice little swim with a load of carp in, strangely the furthest from the car park. Even caught a couple. When I left there were still people arriving.
