View Full Version : Yateley South lake
How many swims are there on the south lake.( Does not have to be exact no.)
Lots, guessing 25ish. All very nice. Something for everyone, some wide open, some closed in, some to open water, some to the snags. V nice.

get on there mate, excellent winter venue
Ian, how many 20's are swimming around in there now, my first ever taste of yateley was on there the year it first opened as a day ticket lake and it was riddled with small un's, even back then i must have had the faithful G charm, i had a women who lives behind the lake bringing us water and food out all week. i'm sure there would have been a roast dinner if we were there on the sunday !
anyway anyway, lovely lake with some well tasty carpy areas, wouldnt mind having another dabble on there before i go off on me travells, ahhhh the car park swim..lush

Ian, Is it permitted or even possible to book the whole lake for a few days.
Sorry, was that a stupid question?
Ok then, What if 20 anglers wanted to fish it for 2 or 3 days?
If you want a whole water to yourself with a few mates, then why not book the PADS??
Cheers Ian, Thats what I wanted to know.http://www.rmcangling.co.uk/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Hi there. If RMC are glad to arrange a party booking on the Yateley South Lake, would it then be permissible for alcahol to be consumed at the lake by a responsible bunch of lads? After all, group/party bookings are usually arranged partly as socials?
looking at the venu info on this site, it does unfortunately state that no alcahol is allowed?
Many thanks! http://www.rmcangling.co.uk/forum/images/graemlins/cool.gif
